Team Building Event

Warwick, UK – May 2025

The Secure-a-Field team stepped away from kissing gates, building bridges, and crafting fencing solutions to take on a very different kind of challenge — a high-energy team-building day at Adventure Sports in Warwick.

From gliding across fields in hovercrafts (with questionable steering success) to balancing our way across a "jungle" of colour-coded boards, the day offered plenty of opportunities to put our problem-solving and teamwork skills to the test — all in the name of fun.

We channeled our inner engineers to construct working aqueducts, placed complete trust in our colleagues to pass us through a giant cobweb, and bravely piloted a blindfolded, reverse-steering golf caddy guided only by the questionable shouting of our teammates.

Let's just say a few clay pigeons in the area may have unexpectedly taken flight — but no actual wildlife (or staff) were harmed in this operation.

It was a fantastic day that showed how the same communication and collaboration we bring to every rights of way gate, pedestrian bridge, and fencing projects also makes for a great laugh when you're navigating a hovercraft.

Huge thanks to Adventure Sports for hosting such a well-organised and memorable day. And to our customers — thank you for your patience if our replies were a little slower than usual. We're back on the job and ready to help, just with slightly more hovercraft experience than before.
