Play Area Gate Installation for Radford Semele Parish Council

Project Overview

Secure-a-Field was commissioned by Radford Semele Parish Council to upgrade access and safety at the Community Centre Play Area in Leamington Spa. As part of our ongoing work with parish councils across the UK, we were asked to supply and install robust, child-safe entrance gates that ensure secure access without compromising usability or aesthetics.

Our Solution

We supplied and installed two Prosafe self-closing pedestrian gates, specifically designed for use in children's playgrounds. These gates provide controlled entry and exit, helping to prevent children from accidentally wandering into surrounding areas while still allowing easy access for adults and pushchairs.

Each gate was fitted with 345mm infill safety panels on either side to eliminate gaps and ensure full enclosure—minimising the risk of entrapment and improving overall security.
