Security & Access works for The Ashby School

Secure-a-Field have recently completed installation of over 1km of fencing to protect pupils and staff at The Ashby School, Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire.

A range of our fencing products were used including our Defender V mesh system, Defender 8T Rebound mesh system, bow-top railings and steel palisade. 12 sets of gates were installed – each fabricated to match the respective adjacent fencing type. Additionally access control was added to 2 pedestrian gates along with a pedestrian turnstile on one of the access points to the Nottingham Road site. These are fitted with intercom and card readers which fully integrate with the schools existing security system ensuring controlled access during school hours.

As a turn-key provider Secure-a-Field were happy to manage all aspects of this project including electrical supply, access control and surface repair works in addition to our own fencing installation teams.
